The right buyer is rarely the loudest

On selling without spectacle.

The right buyer is rarely the loudest

The instinct, when selling something rare, is to shout. List everywhere, price ambitiously, wait for noise. Noise arrives. The right buyer usually does not.

The buyers who honour a home are quiet by nature. They are found through relationships, not billboards, and they move when they are shown something that was clearly chosen for them.

Our work is to make the introduction feel inevitable, and the price feel like recognition rather than negotiation.
